Estos Programas son una formación especializada para personas que desean prepara y supera con éxito las entrevistas de Tripulante de Cabina (TCP) en cualquier aerolínea. Advertencias menores

Para ser cliente, deberás tener al menos 18 años o la mayoría de edad legal en tu provincia, territorio o país. Las personas menores de 18 años (o menores a la mayoría de edad aplicable en la región) podrán utilizar el servicio bajo la supervisión de sus padres o representantes legales a través de la cuenta de tales responsables y será sobre ellos que recaerán estos Términos del Servicio.

Objeto

Las presentes condiciones de contratación rigen la relación entre CrewPassAlicante y sus clientes.

Estos términos serán vinculantes desde el momento en que se contrate cualquiera de los planes ofrecidos. Se consideran productos o servicios los disponibles en la web de CrewPassAlicante.com

Descripción del servicio

Al adquirir el programa elegido (1, 2, o 3), se entiende que el cliente está interesado en realizarlo, lo que conlleva que conoce el contenido, características, precio, modalidad de pago, su duración. El pago se formalizará en un único pago, con envió de email con los de las condiciones generales y particulares: lugar y horario para la realización del programa y de su valor, que servirá como justificante de la operación (Justificante de contratación)

En caso de que la persona no pueda acceder en el horario y días que contrato, se le podrá dar un segundo horario, pero si pasados 3 meses no formaliza o explicita cuando desea realizar la formación, está se entenderá por concluida sin que suponga reembolsar el coste del curso.

En caso de necesitar factura, deberá proporcionar información de facturación precisa y completa que incluya el nombre completo, dirección y DNI puedes escribirme a: TCP@CrewPassAlicante.com.

El derecho de admisión se activará en caso de que uno de los clientes del programa muestre un comportamiento que afecte al normal funcionamiento o realice actividades que infrinjan el código de conducta, tales como: Difundir sin la autorización previa materiales en la realización de los programas. Realizar actividades que violen los derechos de propiedad intelectual de CrewPassAlicante. Falta de respeto a quien realice el programa o a sus compañeros, incluidas la utilización de reglas nemotécnicas que puedan resultar ofensivas para los otros miembros. Compartir información de otros miembros públicamente que genere un riesgo de seguridad o privacidad de los mismos. Violar los derechos de privacidad, los derechos de publicidad, los derechos de autor, los derechos de marca registrada, los derechos contractuales o algún otro derecho de cualquier persona. En caso de proceder a denegar el acceso a algún miembro por incumplimiento de estas normas, no dará lugar a ningún tipo de indemnización.

Protección de datos

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en Reglamento UE 2016/679, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016. (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, te informo que, mediante la aceptación de estos términos de contratación y la Política de Privacidad, prestas tu consentimiento informado, expreso, libre e inequívoco para que los Datos que proporcionas, sean tratados por CrewPassAlicante, como responsable del tratamiento.

Toda información recibida por parte del cliente ya sean imágenes, correos, textos, datos de acceso como usuarios y contraseñas, se tratará de modo confidencial, estando totalmente prohibida la cesión a terceros.

No se entenderá información confidencial aquélla que sea divulgada por acuerdo entre las Partes, aquélla que se convierta en pública por igual motivo o aquélla que haya de ser revelada de acuerdo con las leyes o con una resolución judicial de autoridad competente y aquélla que sea obtenida por un tercero que no se encuentre bajo la obligación de confidencialidad alguna. Ambas partes se obligan a cumplir el deber de confidencialidad de manera indefinida.

Propiedad intelectual y prohibiciones

Los contenidos disponibles en el programa constituyen una obra de propiedad intelectual cuyos derechos corresponden al autor de la formación CrewPassAlicante, encontrándose protegidos por las leyes y convenios internacionales.

Queda prohibida cualquier forma de reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública, transformación, puesta a disposición y, en general cualquier otro acto de explotación pública referido tanto a los cursos como a sus contenidos, sin el expreso y previo consentimiento y por escrito del Autor.

Queda prohibido todo acto por virtud del cual los Usuarios de los servicios o contenidos puedan explotar o servirse comercialmente, directa o indirectamente, en su totalidad o parcialmente, de cualquiera de los contenidos para aprender español, imágenes, formas, índices y demás expresiones formales que formen parte de las formaciones sin permiso previo y por escrito del Autor.

En concreto, pero sin carácter excluyente, quedan prohibidos los actos de reproducción, distribución, exhibición, transmisión, retransmisión, emisión en cualquier forma, almacenamiento en soportes físicos o lógicos, digitalización o puesta a disposición desde bases de datos distintas de las pertenecientes a las autorizadas por el Autor, así como su traducción, adaptación, arreglo o cualquier otra transformación de dichas formaciones, imágenes, formas, índices y demás expresiones formales que se pongan a disposición de los Usuarios a través de los programas o contenidos, en tanto tales actos estén sometidos a la legislación aplicable en materia de Propiedad intelectual, industrial o de protección de la imagen.

Jurisdicción y leyes aplicables

Estas condiciones generales de uso y contratación se rigen por la ley española. En caso de controversia que se derive de las presentes condiciones generales y para la resolución de los conflictos, las partes se someten, a su libre elección, y con renuncia a cualquier otro fuero que les pudiera corresponder, a los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio CrewPassAlicante, previsto en las presentes condiciones de contratación.
